We’ll go at your pace, and your therapist and coach will guide you through everything. This is a confidential space for you to feel seen, safe, and comfortable.

  • Yes, absolutely! Here, at RG, we offer virtual sessions for both coaching and therapy, so you can connect from the comfort of your home (or wherever you are). It’s convenient, flexible, and just as effective as in-person support! Call or email us to schedule your initial appointment.

  • For coaching—absolutely! We work with clients from anywhere.

    For therapy, due to licensing laws, we only see clients in Louisiana.

  • Yes! We’re happy to offer coaching services in Spanish to better support our Spanish-speaking clients. Just let us know when you reach out!

  • We sure do! If faith is an important part of your journey, some of our epic providers solely integrate faith into your coaching or therapy sessions. Just mention it when you reach out, and we will gladly pair you with one.

  • Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If it’s less than 48 hours, we will need to charge a late fee since it’s tough to fill the spot on short notice. Feel free to contact us via email or by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Great question! Our services are private pay. There is a chance you may be able to use your out-of-network insurance benefits to pay for therapy sessions through 4 easy steps.

    1. Pay for your session up front
    2. Request a "superbill" after session
    3. Submit it to your insurance
    4. Get reimbursed if eligible


    We recommend contacting your insurance company for details.
